what's for dinner?

A few months ago, I discovered this fantastic item at Anthropologie:

(It's the pad of paper in the center, by the way). It has a section for each day of the week in which to write the menu selection for that day. This has made my weeks of dinner-making sooooo much easier. Everyone must have one! And it didn't cost $300, like everything else at Anthropologie so, really, everyone can have one.

Wow! Sounds like a good idea but I am not that organized or gourmet. But because it's at Anthropologie and it's cheap, I might have to look into it!

OK, so this has nothing to do with this post, but with another...namely, macaroons. heard of Paulette in Beverly Hills? I'm guessing so, but i was reading about it on another blog (www.blackeiffel.blogspot.com) and she was talking about their design...anyhow, it made me think of you. and it also made me very hungry. :)

So please tell me you just wrote in those fancy, yummy sounding dishes for this post and that you don't cook like that every night.....my poor husband got jipped.
