Is the saddest day in a mother's life. . .

. . .  the day she realizes her 2 1/2 year old is starting to phase out naps?

saddest saddest day, you should hold some form of memorial service for the dearly departed naps. the hardest part is that they really need one for a while still, so grumpiness is coming out of their ears, and into yours. ugh. good luck, we love that nora!

oh man, I can't even think about this right now. I'm still trying to get Julia to phase in naps!
